Ortiz urges customers of National Power and Pre-Buy Electric to switch providers

AUSTIN, June 4 - Rep. Solomon Ortiz, Jr., D-Corpus Christi, announced Wednesday that two retail electric providers (REPs), National Power and Pre-Buy Electric, have gone out of business and transferred about 15,000 of their customers to electric providers of last resort.
