The Rio Grande Guardian currently has openings for:

Advertising Sales Executives.We're hiring self-motivated, experienced, Internet savvy professionals who like making money. Our commission structure is the most lucrative on the border. If you're smart, sharp, professional and fun-loving we invite you to make money working with the Guardian. Bi-lingual an advantage, clean driving record a must. Video journalists. Based in the Rio Grande Valley, the successful applicant must be experienced with at least two years of service in TV. He or she will be responsible for shooting news video stories and editing. Experience of Apple Mac Final Cut Pro a distinct advantage. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish). Must have a clean driving record.

General Assignment Reporters. Based in the Rio Grande Valley, the successful applicant must be experienced with at least two years experience on a daily newspaper, or have a background in TV or radio news media. Shorthand and ability to enterprise stories an advantage. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish). Must have clean driving record.

Internships. The Guardian also has slots available for interns based in the Rio Grande Valley. Trainee video journalists, editors, reporters, and office administrators, are welcome to apply.
