DHR Health will host its 12th Annual “Circle of Care” Conference, a free, daylong event dedicated to supporting those who care for loved ones living with illness, injury, or disability. The conference will feature educational presentations, interactive workshops, and information on local support services and community resources. Complimentary breakfast and lunch will be provided.

IMPORTANCE:
According to the AARP, nearly one in four Americans are family caregivers, offering their time and compassion to support their family members or friends through life’s most challenging moments.
Dr. Viswamitra has spearheaded this event each year and hopes this year’s conference will give caregivers the tools, knowledge, and encouragement they need to care for both their loved ones and themselves.
