PHARR, Texas - Pharr Economic Development Corporation recently hosted an event to celebrate Manufacturing Week. The event, which saw manufacturing companies interact with high school students, was held at the Pharr Research & Development Center.
The aim was to get students excited about working in the manufacturing sector.
One of the speakers was Mike Willis, executive director of the South Texas Manufacturers Association.
