Transportation infrastructure discussed at 2026 NADBank Summit

SAN ANTONIO, Texas - A panel discussion on transportation infrastructure took place at the 2026 NADBank Summit. 

The event was held at the Kimpton Santo hotel in downtown San Antonio.

The title of the discussion on transportation was: “Driving Growth: Transportation Infrastructure for a More Competitive Border Region.”

The panelists were: Roberto Tinajero, director of international bridges for the City of El Paso; Antonio Tejedo, executive vice president of investor relations at Grupo Traxion; Gerardo Fierro, executive director of New Mexico Border Authority: and Paul Martínez, VP of the Confederación de Asociaciones de Agentes Aduanales de la República Mexicana. 

The moderator of the panel was Paulina Lopez, vice president for transportation and planning with WSP.

The NADBank Summit serves as a premier national high-level dialogue forum and networking platform focused on accelerating environmental infrastructure, sustainability, and economic growth along the U.S.-Mexico border.

Hosted annually in San Antonio, Texas, where the North American Development Bank is headquartered, the summit brings together federal, state, municipal officials, private sector developers, investors, academic experts, and community leaders from both nations.

  4. Sharing innovation and best practices. It features keynotes and panels showcasing technical solutions, sustainable technologies, and successful financing models designed to enhance quality of life in border communities.
