HARLINGEN, Texas - An in-depth presentation on the programs offered at Texas State Technical College-Harlingen, how the college helps local industry and the vision for the institution over the next five to ten years, was given by Gina Cano-Monreal, provost of Texas State Technical College-Harlingen
Cano-Monreal spoke at a Commercialization & Investment Tour event, co-hosted by the Rio Grande Valley Partnership and Harlingen Economic Development Corporation. The event was held at Texas State Technical College-Harlingen's Welcome Center.
